The big member decision meeting date is set for Wednesday, January 3rd 2007 at the former Jr High School (same as last big meeting).
After a presentation and a discussion of the facts, a vote will be taken from among the members as to whether we will go forward and submit a purchase and sale agreement to buy Lindenshire.
The invitations for that event are going out. They must be delivered by December 23rd to be within the 10 days notice requirement.
All residents of Lindenshire should attend. So far, 224 home owners have signed up as coop. members. We invite the rest to join and participate. It's your decision, your future.
Do you wish for a large corporation to own this park and operate it to make a nice profit. And someday, when it suits them, sell it again...of course, also at a profit.
OR do WE buy it now to own and operate ourselves...and have more control of our costs, our community and quality of life.
Please attend.

Our 1st Membership Meeting Was A Success
Wednesday December, 12 2006, Over 300 attended our 1st membership meeting and that night, 205 families joined the coop. We want to thank all that attended and lent their support by joining. There certainly is a high level of enthusiasm in our community.
It was voted to form an interim board of 9 members and 7 was set to make a quorum. That means that all board decisions must be made by no less than 7 of the 9 members present, at any board meeting held. The board is now working diligently to form a budget, interviewing attorney candidates and processing paper work in a timely manner.
We were mentioned again in this editorial in Fridays Exeter News Letter.

The Town Building Inspector Weighs In
A fresh article from this Tuesdays Exeter News Letter: Mobile park cooperative is achievable.
Doug Eastman expects it will always be a mobile home park due to difficulty in changing zoning.
We're eagerly anticipating Wednesday nights meeting. A few people who can't attend, due to their work schedule, have already written out their joining fee checks. We hope we have a real good turn out. See you there!
