Looks like a great start.. Hope everyone can become involved. The more we have the easier it will be to bring this coop to reality. It won't be easy, but it will be well worth it when it is finally OUR cooperative. Jump on the coop train and help make this OUR home. John Balser 29 Cherry St.
Hopefully everyone will show their support by going to this next meeting. Some residents that didn't attend the first meeting don't quite see the significance of what could happen if Morgan Acquisitions does obtain ownership of the park, including the chance of significantly higher rents or even the possibility of being told that we have 18 months to pick up and get out. Let's all attend the meetings and remain informed!
Just a question...if..i mean WHEN we become a COOP, does this mean the rules change? Do you as members make the rules? I plan on joining tomorrow night, but I dont wuite understand it all
